YOUTH FOOTBALL

Cashmere Tech FC’s Youth Football programme offers players aged 13 and above the opportunity to develop their skills and teamwork in a structured, competitive environment. Our teams compete in Mainland Football’s city-wide competition, running from April to September.

Our focus is on technical skills, tactical awareness, and sportsmanship. Players experience different positions, enjoy fair playing time, and grow their football intelligence, all in a fun, supportive setting. Whether new to the game or advancing in their development, our Youth teams provide the perfect environment for growth.

  • Playing Philosophy

Play Out from the Back: Focus on short passes from defenders and goalkeepers to develop skills and positioning, even if mistakes are made.

Shared Game Time: Playing time is evenly distributed with emphasis on fun and development, affected only by attitude, behavior, or lateness, not performance.
