CTFC believe football should be for all. As a community, non-profit sports Club, to deliver on that belief we need the communities support. How does volunteering for the season directly benefit your Club and community?
Providing Opportunities – With your support, we can offer football to more players - enabling people of all ages and abilities to participate in sport with their friends
Making Sport Accessible – Our volunteers time and effort reduce barriers so more people can enjoy and participate in football
Creating a Positive Environment – Volunteers exemplify what community truly means by actively demonstrating a love for the game and staying engaged in the sport even after they finish playing
Enhancing Club Operations – By taking on various roles and responsibilities, you allow the Club to focus on directives and developments that directly benefit the CTFC community
Mentoring & Leadership – Inspiring and guiding young athletes and coaches both on and off the field.

All feedback is kept anonymous and only viewed by Dan the Operations Manager & and the GM Phil. We will review all feedback by early March and will adapt information in response to common themes.
