Our Men’s First Team is a powerhouse of football excellence, combining youth, experience, and an unwavering commitment to success. As the 2024 Southern League Champions, they’ve secured qualification for the New Zealand Football National League for four consecutive years. With a rich history of success, including a 2021 Chatham Cup victory, the team continues to strive for greatness on the pitch and maintain a strong community presence off it.

MEN'S RESERVES & U20s at CTFC!
Cashmere Tech are making plans for the 2025 CPL and CCL seasons.
Once again, CTFC will have a Men's Reserve team playing in the Canterbury Premier League and a Men's U20's team playing in the Canterbury Championship League. Both of these teams will be made up of U20 players - born in 2005 or younger. These teams are always very strong, and full of our best U20 players. If you think this could be you, follow the registration link above.

Leadership
The team is led by Head Coach Dan Schwarz and captained by his brother Tom Schwarz, who have together made over 500 appearances for the club. Their leadership and dedication are at the heart of the team’s culture of excellence.

Golden Boot Winner: Garbhan Coughlan, awarded for his standout performance in the 2024 Southern League and shared honours in the National League.
Milestone Achievements: Academy graduate Alex Ballard celebrated his 100th appearance for the club during the 2024 season.
Aspirations:
The team is determined to expand its impressive honours list in 2025, with the long-term goal of representing New Zealand at the Club World Cup.
