MILO Fantails is a New Zealand Football initiative designed to attract new female players aged 4–12 years old to the beautiful game through sessions focused on helping girls make friends, having fun, improving their skills and being active through football.

Cashmere Technical FC's Fantail programme is lead and coached by our dedicated Women & Girls Football Development Officer Ella Jackson. Supported by Women Reserve team player coaches, the programme provides not just an environment specifically designed for beginner female players, but also role models to aspire to.

Fantails is part of our overall Women & Girls Pathway which offers tailored training programmes, girls-only teams, and both a Community and High Performance Player Pathway. Cashmere Technical is the premier Club for girls and womens football in Canterbury.

For female players with experience looking to build on basic skills, please see our Skill Centre programme.
