Administration & Finance Officer
CTFC is on the lookout for a detail-savvy and organised Administration & Finance Officer to join our awesome team!
This role is permanent 25 hours per week and vital to keeping the Club running smoothly behind the scenes — helping with day-to-day admin and making sure our finances stay in top shape. If you're confident with Xero, love working with people, and want to support grassroots football, we want to hear from you!
Key tasks include:
- General club admin
- Invoicing, bank payments & Xero reconciliations
- Managing player registrations (Comet & Friendly)
- Processing refunds, payments & expenses
- Supporting with grants & budgeting
- Month-end financial reports for the Board
We're looking for someone who is:

✔️ Super organised and proactive
✔️ Great with people of all ages
✔️ Able to work independently
✔️ Eligible to work in NZ
